In case of cancellation
from my side (exceptional reasons or the group couldn't
be complete), clients will be inform 4 days before the
beginning of the course (30 days before the aerial transport).
In this case, your deposit would be entirely send back
to you.
The guide in charge of the
program and the guide solely reserves the right to
cancel or modify the program (whether, safety, snow
and general mountain conditions, group ability,…).
In that case, absolutely no refunds are available
once a program begins.

the participation of a member of the group if his
technical or/and physical abilities don't correspond
to the level of the group.
If a participant is not there at
the beginning of the program without prior cancellation,
voluntarily leaving the course or not presenting the
official document at borders, this participant will
not be refund, even partially.
In case of illness or accident
during the program, no refund will be possible.
INSURANCE
Trip cancellation insurance : It is highly recommended
to contract a trip cancellation insurance. Any travel
agencies offer this kind of insurance contract to an approximately
3% of the program/course price.
Mountain
& Rescue Insurance : In case of an accident,
UIAGM mountain guides are usually covered by their professional
insurance. In case of an accident, his liability, as a
UIAGM mountain guide, will be limited to the rescue from
the place where took part the accident to the nearest
hospital. Any other additional cost (treatments, transfers,
repatriation,…) would be on behalf the insurance
of the victim. As a result, it is strongly recommended
to subscribe an insurance which will cover all expenses
in case of an accident. Rescue insurance is easy to get
and inexpensive through alpine clubs, for example : more
